Daily Admission

Operations may be suspended due to inclement weather and will resume when the conditions clear. Our goal is always to reopen the pools as soon as it is safe to do so. You do not need to wait out the suspension in the park. Guests may wait in their personal vehicles, if that is an option or guests may remain under cover in the park.

We will clear the pool and/or close if:

• The current temperature is 62 or colder.
  **Cardio Club will be available when the temperature is under 62 degrees.

• It is raining hard enough so that it is difficult to see the bottom of the pool.

• There is an electrical storm. (In the event of thunder or lightning, the pool deck must be cleared of all patrons for 30 minutes. This is a running clock that is restarted each time an additional thunder or lightning strike occurs. If the delays exceed a total wait time of 120 minutes, Bunker Beach reserves the right to close for the remainder of the business day.)

• There is a tornado warning.

• Management has the right to close all or part of the facility due to low attendance.

* If weather delays occur past 3:00 p.m., Bunker Beach reserves the right to close for the remainder of the business day.

Refund Policy

• Bunker Beach does not offer cash refunds for weather related closures. If the pool is cleared for over an hour due to inclement weather, guests who purchased a daily admission less than one hour before the pool was initially cleared and can produce a receipt will receive a daily admission pass to return on another day. Eligible guests must be present at time of closure to receive their pass.

• Daily admission holders who have been at Bunker Beach for over an hour before the pool is closed will not be given a daily admission to return.

• If the park re-opens later in the day, guests with a valid receipt from that day may re-enter the park.

• Bunker Beach does not offer cash refunds for weather related closures. If the pool is cleared for over an hour due to inclement weather, guests who purchased a daily admission less than one hour before the pool was initially cleared and can produce a receipt will receive a daily admission pass to return on another day. Eligible guests must be present at time of closure to receive their pass.

• Daily admission holders who have been at Bunker Beach for over an hour before the pool is closed will not be given a daily admission to return.

• If the park re-opens later in the day, guests with a valid receipt from that day may re-enter the water park.

• Rainchecks will not be given for pre-purchased online tickets. Please check the weather forecast and use judgement before purchasing online tickets.
