Operations may be suspended due to inclement weather and will resume when the conditions clear. Our goal is always to reopen the pools as soon as it is safe to do so. You do not need to wait out the suspension in the park. Guests may wait in their personal vehicles, if that is an option or guests may remain under cover in the park.

We will clear the pool and/or close if:

• The current temperature is 62 or colder.
  **Cardio Club will be available when the temperature is under 62 degrees.
• It is raining hard enough so that it is difficult to see the bottom of the pool.
• There is an electrical storm. (In the event of thunder or lightning, the pool deck must be cleared of all patrons for 30 minutes. This is a running clock that is restarted each time an additional thunder or lightning strike occurs. If the delays exceed a total wait time of 120 minutes, Bunker Beach reserves the right to close for the remainder of the business day.)
• There is a tornado warning.
• Management has the right to close all or part of the facility due to low attendance.

* If weather delays occur past 3:00 p.m., Bunker Beach reserves the right to close for the remainder of the business day.

Refund Policy

• Bunker Beach does not offer cash refunds for weather related closures. If the pool is cleared for over an hour due to inclement weather, guests who purchased a daily admission less than one hour before the pool was initially cleared and can produce a receipt will receive a daily admission pass to return on another day. Eligible guests must be present at time of closure to receive their pass.
• Daily admission holders who have been at Bunker Beach for over an hour before the pool is closed will not be given a daily admission to return.
• If the park re-opens later in the day, guests with a valid receipt from that day may re-enter the park.

• Tubes are available to rent for up to 2 hours.

• We collect all tubes every odd hour regardless of the time the tube was rented (1:00, 3:00, 5:00, and 7:00 pm). No discounts or refunds will be offered on tube rentals.

• By renting a tube, you agree to return your tube to a Bunker Beach Staff Member or to the Beach Boutique at the next tube collection time.

• Bunker Beach is not responsible for lost or solen tubes.

• We collect all tubes at all set times in order to ensure all are returned, as well as maintain safety regulations.

Please note: Tubes needed for the twisted towers slides, splash cove slides and the lazy river are provided.

Season Pass Pickup Night from 5-8 pm, June 6

Get your season pass picture taken and registered for easier entry on your first visit. Whether you purchased early or would like to buy a pass at this event. the Wave Pool will be open to season pass holders only from 5-8pm and free hot dogs will be served at the Tidal Wave Café. Other concessions will be available for purchase. Credit card sales only. All other pools will be closed for this event. Children under 12-years-old must be accompanied by an adult 16-years or older.

Season Pass Holder Exclusive Swim, June 26

Bunker Beach will open the park early for season pass holders to enjoy an hour of exclusive swim time. Open from 10-11 am. Season pass holders may stay in the park for the remainder of the day.
